Mike: I believe that we have an opportunity, even a responsibility to live life to the fullest on every level: spiritual, emotional, and physical. Living to the fullest means to gain meaning from each moment of every day. It means to live life as you were meant to live it: embracing it, sharing it, and simply living it. How? By prioritizing your values, talents, and gifts to enhance not only yourself but those around you. It means doing whatever you need to do to maintain spiritual, emotional, and physical health. It means growing your relationship with God in such ways-but not limited to-as prayer, meditation, and contemplation.
